Built for life outside. Supported by AI behind the scenes.
Eaves & Ember helps Montana homeowners make more of life outside. We’re helping the company bring that promise to life online—and building the tools behind the scenes to support it.

The engagement
The experience starts before the first consultation.
A homeowner needs to understand what is possible, picture the kind of space they want, and find a clear way to begin. The business needs useful information, organized follow-up, and a way to keep work moving.
Our work spans both sides: a public presence built around Eaves & Ember’s own identity, and practical tools that help the team prepare, coordinate, and learn.
The work so far
A stronger brand. A clearer path to customers. An AI teammate behind the scenes.
01 / A distinctive public presence
A brand and website that feel like the company.
We developed a visual identity and website around a simple idea: “Live outside, at home.” Clear paths for pergolas, screens, complete outdoor rooms, and commercial patios help visitors explore their options.
Project imagery, planning guidance, and a focused consultation form give them a useful next step. The result is a consistent public presence built around Eaves & Ember’s own story.
We’re building the social media and advertising process Ember will help manage: organizing approved assets, preparing on-brand content, supporting campaign planning, and connecting attention to inquiry sources and follow-up.
The social workflow already has a concrete shape: tailored Facebook and Instagram drafts, suitable image crops, tagged links, and human review. Advertising support is the next layer of that growing process, with people retaining approval of creative, publishing, and spending.
The intake form gathers the essentials: location, project interests, a description of the space, timing, and an optional property address. We’ve built preprocessing to organize those details, check for repeat inquiries, and prepare useful property context where available: maps, estimated travel time, sun information, and property imagery.
The follow-up workflow is designed to put that preparation into a Trello lead card, with an owner, a next step, and a reply draft for review. This supports early qualification and a more informed conversation; the team still evaluates the project and agrees on scope.
Choose a name and avatar that fit your team. At Eaves & Ember, Ralph Pro is Ember—the first Ralph Pro installation, configured around the team’s tools and daily routines.
She works in the company’s own workspace. Trello monitoring brings due follow-ups and leads that have gone quiet into view. Asana monitoring tracks project and operations tasks, owners, and due dates. Reports bring that picture into the team’s existing workspace.
We’re also building reporting that connects website, social, search, and lead-source information—so the team can look beyond inquiry counts to actual conversations, demos, customers, and losses.
The process we’re building connects social media and advertising with a clear path to inquire. Intake and preprocessing prepare the details. Trello and Asana keep follow-up and delivery work visible.
Ember’s role grows across that process: helping prepare the work, surface what matters, and bring information back to the team.
We’re developing this process in stages, with people reviewing the work and deciding what happens next.

A working partnership
Built around the way the team works.
Useful AI belongs in the tools people already use. The company keeps its own identity and business records, while Ember supports the work around them. Public content goes through human review.
Ember is the Ralph Pro part of a broader Big Sky AI engagement spanning the brand, website, and marketing process. This is an ongoing partnership: build something useful, see how it works with the team, and improve it. The website is one visible part of a growing system for reaching customers and supporting the business behind it.

What would this look like in your business?
A useful place to start is the work between the tools: the inquiry, the handoff, the follow-up, or the report that someone has to pull together.
